CyVic: Empowering Youth. Securing the Digital Future.
CyVic was born from several years of daily work with civilian cyber awareness in wartime Ukraine. With tens of thousands of individual consultations on digital literacy and security, group capacity-building activities, and nationwide anti-fraud campaigns behind the team’s experience, we now focus on cyber awareness programmes for youth and international exchange programmes for young cybersecurity professionals.
We help young people become safe, informed, and responsible online through practical education in digital literacy, digital security, and artificial intelligence. We equip the next generation with the skills to navigate the digital world confidently, make ethical decisions, and seize the opportunities technology creates — contributing to a stronger, safer digital society.
We also contribute to building a more capable, future-ready cybersecurity workforce. Through international exchange programmes, we create opportunities for young specialists to learn directly from experienced practitioners and real cases in a rapidly evolving field.
Our Values
Equity. Digital literacy and security shouldn’t be privileges available only to those who are interested in tech. We work to make these skills accessible to all young people, regardless of their background.
Security. We believe everyone has the right to a secure digital life. Giving people the knowledge to protect themselves from cybercrime and online risks is the foundation of our programmes.
Empowerment. We don’t just warn people about risks — we give them the knowledge, skills, and confidence to act for themselves and take control of their own digital lives. Awareness works where regulations do not.
Ethics and responsibility. Technology, including AI, is only as good as the choices behind it. We champion ethical and responsible use of digital tools for positive personal and societal impact.
Lifelong learning. The digital world never stops changing, and neither do we. We value curiosity, growth, and the continuous skills development — for those we serve and for ourselves.

We help young people learn digital literacy, stay safe from cybercrime, and use AI responsibly — laying the foundation for a skilled, security-minded generation of digital citizens and professionals.
Our Approach: peer-to-peer mentorship
We narrow the distance between expert and learner: we share knowledge and experience side by side, as peers, grounded in real, practical examples.
Through our cyber awareness programmes, we introduce participants to healthier online habits and help new, safer behaviour take root naturally.
Our exchange programmes participants work alongside practitioners and solve real challenges together.
